We believe that customer service starts before you enter your car of choice. Our chauffeurs are specially trained to make sure everything runs smoothly. Here are some things you can expect!

1.  Promptness. Whether you plan to be chauffeured to or from the airport, our drivers will always be early. If you are heading to the airport, we like to arrive to the pick-up location 10 minutes early. On the day of your arrival, our drivers regularly check for flight updates. Regardless of any schedule changes, we will be there on time for your arrival. 

2. Effortless (on your part). Our drivers will personally escort you to transport. From your pick-up location, they will carry your baggage and bring you to your limousine. At the airport terminal, your driver will wait for you with your name displayed on a sign. Once the chauffeur can find you, all you need to do is let us do the rest. We will carry your luggage, and drive you to your destination in unparalleled comfort.

3. Navigation. Prior to serving you, our drivers conduct some heavy research on the best routes to your destination. They look for directions that evade traffic and unnecessarily long directions. Just like we value your business, we value your time. Unless you are looking for a drive around town, we assume you need to get somewhere as soon as possible.

When making a limousine reservation to the airport, please take note that Logan Airport advises passengers taking a domestic flight check in 1 hour before the flight departure. For international flights, the recommendation is 2 hours before flight departure. 

For a limo reservation from the airport , please give us your flight details. We can handle the rest! When the flight lands, the driver will already be waiting for you at the airport terminal with your name written on a sign.
